Students may declare Teledramatic Arts and Technology as their major upon admission to CSUMB. If you are a CSUMB student who wishes to become a TAT Major, you can request a change of major via the Planner Web online advising system.
If you would like to Minor in TAT, review the TAT Minor requirements and then schedule to meet with a faculty advisor to develop an Individual Learning Plan (ILP) that will best complement your major and support your career interests.
The TAT Department offers academic advising support throughout the year to current and prospective students . Students are encouraged to take advantage of our support services and to consult with faculty advisors regarding course choices, capstone interests, career and graduate school options. Advisor consultation and review of schedules is strongly encouraged to ensure that you undertake the pathway that will best serve your interests and goals.
Group Advising Sessions
Offered every semester to assist with registration for the coming semester. Sessions are scheduled after online advising (Planner system) opens and before Registration opens (between weeks 8-12). Group Sessions are held in the TAT Lab and benefit from having multiple faculty advisors available to address questions on the spot.Advising Office Drop-In Hours

The TAT Advising Handbook is designed to assist TAT Majors in understanding the major requirements, identifying program offerings and planning courses and schedules. The TAT Individual Learning Plan (ILP) is the form used to outline each students unique major requirements.
